As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and play a key role in keeping our service smooth, our guests smiling, and our standards sky-high. The Role This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll support the management team in delivering daily operations — and lead the floor when needed. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team, ensuring our guests have a seamless and standout experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily service across brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts. • Supervise and motivate floor staff, ensuring exceptional guest care. • Take ownership of sections and service flow. • Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor setup. • Uphold service standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the restaurant. • Be a positive, reliable point of contact for both team and customers. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a busy restaurant or café environment (supervisory experience a bonus but not essential). • A passion for people, food, and hospitality. • A calm, confident, and proactive approach to service. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • A flexible attitude and availability to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
