We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. If you’re experienced, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality, this could be your next step.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a consistently excellent experience. You’ll lead service on the floor, support team development, and work closely with management to ensure high standards and smooth daily operations.
We are ideally seeking someone with prior supervisory experience, but we are open to training and developing the right candidate with a strong hospitality background and leadership potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day front-of-house operations
  • Lead sections during busy services and oversee floor flow
  • Train, guide, and motivate junior staff members
  • Maintain top-tier service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Assist with opening/closing duties and daily reporting as needed
