As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our Hotel Restaurant team, creating a relaxing environment for our guests and leaving them excited to repeat the experience. You will be responsible to the Restaurant Manager and will undertake management duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing the restaurant whilst on duty, deputising the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
  • Drive excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring, and innovation, of service standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer service.
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members, to nurture motivation and a great team working environment.
