JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at our Biryani restaurant in Barsha, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of UAE experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and team management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and restaurant best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Biryani cuisine restaurants is an advantage.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food service.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee shift management.
