Restaurant Supervisor – Ultimate Fried Chicken

Ultimate Fried Chicken is looking for an Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading a team, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent food quality and customer service. With fast food experience management will be advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and support the Store Manager
• Lead, train and motivate team members during each shift
• Allocate tasks and ensure all opening, closing and cleaning procedures are completed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and customer service
• Monitor staff attendance, breaks, performance and productivity
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Assist with stock control, stocktake and placing supplier orders
• Complete timecards, shift handovers and daily operational reports
• Ensure company policies, food safety procedures and workplace safety requirements are followed
• Support the preparation of staff rosters when required

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisor, shift leader or restaurant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a busy fast-food environment
• Able to manage staff and make decisions during a shift
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace procedures
• Experience using Square POS or rostering systems is an advantage

Expected Hours: 20-38 hours
