We are seeking an experienced and passionate restaurant associates to join our team at Ushidoki Wagyu Kaiseki in the heart of Downtown Tanjong Pagar. As a full-time position, you are required to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our renowned Japanese restaurant.

• Greet and welcome guests with warm hospitality, guiding them to their tables and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
• Provide attentive table service, serving dishes, and ensuring guests’ needs are promptly addressed
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of the dining area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and presented to the highest standards
• Work and communicate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes
• Assist restaurant manager in daily operations, any other ad hoc task if required
