Job Description Assist food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Duties Assist F&B outlet management team in assuring high guest satisfaction. Create a festive atmosphere for guests to enjoy when dining in the restaurant. Increase sales over prior years and decrease amount of service complaints. Responsible for team member training programs. Responsible for scheduling of all service related employees. Enforces team members, company and department grooming policies. Participate in company monthly Goals & Measurements Program. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises team members in the location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members. Planning, assigning, and directing work. Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members. Qualifications ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status. Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol. High school diploma or general education degree GED. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision.
