At the Garden House, the signature restaurant within the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, we celebrate seasonal produce in a relaxed riverside setting. We’re now looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team and help lead the front-of-house operation.

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of Garden House
• Leading the floor team during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Assisting with staff training, motivation, and development
• Overseeing reservations, table planning, and smooth guest flow
• Handling guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism
• Supporting stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting as needed
• Acting as a role model, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered
