The iconic Henrietta is moving to an equally iconic location — Bondi Beach, opening this spring! Known for its flame-grilled Middle Eastern flavours, vibrant energy, and feel-good hospitality, Henrietta Bondi will be a fun, fast-paced venue open 7 days a week. We’re on the lookout for experienced Supervisors and Assistant Managers to join our leadership team and play a key role in this exciting new opening.

As a Supervisor or Assistant Manager at Henrietta Bondi, you will:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive, and genuine service.
• Oversee daily operations and support the Venue Manager in achieving service and business goals.
• Ensure smooth, efficient service in a high-energy environment.
