POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Team Member, you’ll be part of the crew that keeps Jam’s running smoothly every day. You’ll greet guests, take orders, help prepare food, and make sure everything stays clean and organized. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience, build your confidence, and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We know this might be your first job - and that’s totally okay! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. We’re looking for people who:

• Have a great attitude and enjoy working with others
• Are friendly, polite, and ready to help customers
• Show up on time and are ready to work
• Can follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Taking customer orders with a friendly smile
• Preparing burgers, fries, milkshakes, and other sweet treats
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Restocking ingredients and supplies during your shift
• Working at the cash register or kitchen (you’ll get trained on both!)
• Helping out with dishes, cleaning, or restocking as needed
• Being a team player and jumping in wherever help is needed
