Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Restaurant Team Leader to join our team for 2026, in Corfu. Support / assist the Restaurant Manager and replace him in case of his/her absence Train, coach, motivate and empower the Food and Beverage associates to deliver exceptional and memorable services Be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Outlet Resolve / handle guests’ complaints / issues Develop strong teamwork within the team Prepare and participate in various Food & Beverage meetings Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Tourism management Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests Ability to speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English Hosting, organizational and problem solving skills Ability to lead by example Mar-Bella Collection offers: Competitive compensation package On-going training opportunities Accommodation Meals within the premises Working uniform (and its dry cleaning)
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Team Leader will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations and ensuring high service standards. They are responsible for training, motivating, and coaching the food and beverage team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
