Your mission is to turn every visit into a memorable experience. As a true HitchHiker, you are the face of the restaurant: laid-back, with hospitality at heart. We aim to give our guests a high-end experience with our HitchHike mentality. Together with your teammates, you guide guests through our wide selection of wines, lunch, cocktails and dinner dishes. As a HitchHike restaurant team member, you’ll make sure the morning starts with the perfect barista coffee, the after-work cocktails flow smoothly, and every lunch and dinner runs seamlessly. Shifts start flexibly at 3:00, 4:00 or 5:00 PM and never exceed 8 hours per working day, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Job Description What’s the deal? You welcome guests in your own warm, genuine way, no scripted lines, just real connections. You help them choose drinks, dinner, and everything in between. You know our menus inside out. You serve with flair and handle payments effortlessly. You take care of reservations and ensure their visit runs smoothly. You keep everything clean & safe, from hygiene to food safety, you’ve got it covered. You set up our meeting and event spaces ready-to-go, with the right details and a sharp eye for presentation. Your look is always on point, and you radiate hospitality like no other. Additional Information What do we offer you? A salary in salary group III of the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement. We pay 7,5% above the catering collective labor agreement! ; As an on-call employee, you’ll also enjoy a great benefit: your holiday pay is included in your monthly salary! A travel allowance of a maximum of €23 per day based on the distance between home and work; An ALL-Heartist card from Accor.
