Front of House

• Permanent
• Age requirement 16+
• 16-40 Hours a week
• Flexible hours - evenings and weekends
• £12.21 per hour, dependent on age
• Experience is always good but not a requirement

About you:

• Exceptional customer service is a must.
• You can talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.
• Show your passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.
• Deal with hiccups from time to time. Practice transparency and use effective communication to deal with curveballs.
• Enjoy the energy and pace of a restaurant. Happy to be on your feet all day and shift through the gears when the demand dictates a little more haste.
• Use our systems and structures to deliver A to B.

The brand:

• The Pigs is a 17th Century village pub bursting with character. The Pigs have been part of our family since 2006, based in Edgefield just outside of Holt. We serve good, honest food and our B&B consists of 20 luxury spa rooms and suites. By working with us you will be joining a passionate team, in a quirky, fun, fast-paced environment with bundles of potential for you.
• Our family is made up of a number of individual brands. We work in a range of sectors; hospitality, online & property development. Our purpose and values apply to all our businesses. The Pigs is part of our hospitality cluster.
