Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining, kitchen, and restroom spaces
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and management
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
