Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and ensure every dining experience feels welcoming and memorable. This includes taking orders and answering menu queries. • Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, keeping service smooth during busy periods. • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas, tables, and utensils remain clean, tidy, and sanitised. Clear plates, reset tables, and support overall cleanliness. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running seamlessly. • Health & Safety: Follow all hygiene, food handling, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, high-quality environment for guests and team members. Hours: Full Time: 40 hours per week Split shifts – 3 shifts per day (details below) 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays Restaurant shift patterns: • Breakfast: 07:45 – 11:30 • Lunch: 12:15 – 15:00 • Dinner: 18:15 – 22:00 Rates of Pay: Pay rates are dependent upon age. • £12.21 per hour – Over 21 • £10.00 per hour – Ages 18–20 Qualifications What We’re Looking For: • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for hospitality • Previous waiting experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training is provided • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards • A team player who’s always willing to get stuck in Additional Information Why Join Us?
