Description

The In Restaurant Training Director is a great opportunity for the right leader. We are seeking individuals with integrity, a servant’s heart, excellence, a growth mindset, professionalism, and flexibility. This individual will be interacting and lead 125+ team members at the restaurant, therefore, having the opportunity to impact the lives of each team member.
The In Restaurant Training Manager will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant such as Front of House, Back of House, Catering, Leadership Development, etc; is responsible to train all newly hired team members; maintain the continued training of all current team members; oversee a group of Trainers; complete all required administrative paperwork such as creating training plans for in restaurant training, track each team member’s training, meet and check-in with the trainers and evaluate team members performance of positions alongside the leadership team. This position is a hands-on day-day operations and Managers are in operations 85%.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training and developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
  • Hands on day-to-day operations and running shifts
  • Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
