We are currently expanding our team and looking for Charlie’s Restaurant Waiters and Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team at SCHLOSS Roxburghe Hotel. This is a permanent, full-time position, working evening shifts. You must be over 18 years old for this position and available to work evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour plus gratuities* and excellent employee benefits.
*Gratuities (tips) are an additional charge added onto services and are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. The amount is not guaranteed and is depended on service charge paid.
Experience in restaurants or similar hospitality environments is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred.
• You must be over 18 years of age.

• Provide an excellent food and beverage service and experience for our guests across the hotel’s food and beverage outlets
• Deliver a memorable service experience to the highest standards with a warm and personal touch
• You will engage and interact with our guests creating magical and memorable moments during their time at SCHLOSS Roxburghe
• Ensure that your guests orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
• Take ownership of any F&B guest request which comes your way seeing it through until completion
• You will assist in ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times
• Have good knowledge of the different menus and options available to our guests
• Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
• Boost revenue through upselling and cross-selling across different hotel departments
• Follow all safety standards and policies when handling food and beverage
