QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
