SKILLS

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a positive attitude.
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Perform basic math calculations for order totals and payments.
