JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. The ideal candidate will have prior experience serving alcohol, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role.
  • Experience serving alcoholic beverages (Bartender experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, wine pairings, and alcohol laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or stacks of plates.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From AED3,600.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail and customer preferences.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws and restaurant policies.
  • Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously, providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including alcohol service policies.
  • Assist in training new staff members, as needed.
