About the Role Under the general direction of the Venue Manager, and within the limited of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies and procedures, ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision; lead seamless guest experience and provide support to colleagues within the department. Coordinate with all departments in the hotel. Responsibilities

Supervise shifts to ensure smooth conduct and customer-focused service delivery within the restaurants and bars. Lead the guest experience and provide operational support to colleagues while coordinating with other hotel departments.
