Description

Restock Lead - 2nd Shift The 1WW Warehouse team is seeking a Restock Lead for 2nd shift to assist the restock team in its daily functions ensuring all product is properly restocked according to quality standards in sufficient quantities to effectively complete all open orders. Shift hours are 2:00pm - 10:30pm As a Restock Lead, you will * Hold daily meetings with the restock team relaying all department, warehouse and company related information * Coordinate and assign all restock team members their daily tasks * Validate and accurately put always all incoming stock * Be sure all products are restocked to minimum quantities * Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports * Email any and all necessary parties with regard to restock and personnel issues * Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders * Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols * Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties * Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications * Experience using an RF Scanner * Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions * Obtain a forklift certification and experience * Good computer and communication skills * A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries * A high degree of attention for shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss * Dependable, with an excellent attendance record * Posses’ a positive team leader attitude * Ability to stand for the duration of the shift * Able to lift and move up to 60lbs * Be flexible to work weekends and overtime, as required * Epicor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

The Restock Lead will coordinate daily tasks for the restock team, hold meetings to relay company information, and ensure all incoming stock is validated and accurately put away to meet minimum quantity standards. This role also involves training team members on policies and procedures, and communicating necessary updates regarding restock and personnel issues.
