POSITION OVERVIEW:

Join our fast-growing restoration and reconstruction company as a Restoration Claims Coordinator. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with our reconstruction team, carriers, insurance companies, TPAs, and internal staff.
The Restoration Claims Coordinator oversees and manages the full claims process for residential/commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. This role acts as the central hub between clients, insurance carriers, TPAs, project managers, estimators, production coordinators, and accounting to ensure claims are processed correctly, documentation is complete, and projects move smoothly from assignment to payment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and managed repair networks to confirm coverage, scope, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with project managers, production coordinators, and estimators to ensure timely estimates, supplements, and approvals.
  • Review and submit all required TPA documentation in DASH, Xactimate, and Symbility.
  • Track job status to ensure all carrier/TPA service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Maintain accurate records for invoicing, payment tracking, and compliance.
  • Support collections team in resolving unpaid claims or discrepancies.
  • Assist with customer communication throughout the claims process.
