RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We’re seeking an experienced Restoration Construction Manager with a strong background in disaster restoration. In this role, you’ll help guide large loss projects from initial emergency response to rebuild, helping homeowners, property managers, and businesses navigate the impact of fires, floods, severe weather, and other disasters.
You’ll work alongside one of our top Senior Project Managers to execute large-scale restoration projects, ensuring operations run smoothly and results meet Woodhouse Restoration’s high standards. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Experience:

  • Construction Project Coordination : 3 years (required)
  • Restoration: 5 years (required
Responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BRING:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven success in the construction industry, with experience in site supervision or construction management.
  • Project Scope: Hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and multi-unit dwelling projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of environmental remediation and its application within construction projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and support organizational success.
  • Ethical Standards: Strong understanding of ethical behavior and business practices aligned with organizational values.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with job management and restoration software, or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
