RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER.

First General Services in Estevan is currently seeking a position for Construction Project Manager in the Restoration Industry.
First General Services is a 24-hour restoration company. We deal with different disasters such as fire, water, sewage, hail, wind, mould, asbestos and vehicle impacts.
As a Restoration Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for being on a 24-hour call rotation list. You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing restoration projects, assessing damage, developing restoration plans, managing budgets, and supervising restoration teams. You will be required to perform inspections and estimates for each claim and make sure the team is ready to go, and that proper equipment is gathered and ready to take to site. You must not be afraid of heights as some inspections may require you to go on the roof of homes.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of the construction industry and the codes
Knowledge of construction materials and the processes of construction.
Computer knowledge in software packages or willing to learn.
Good customer service to communicate with office staff and customers and insurance adjusters.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Xactimate would be a great asset.
