Description Pay: $15.00/hour – Runners $18.00 $20:00 DOE – Laborers Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Typical shifts run 10–11 hours per day Weekly overtime expected Projected Start Dates: March 23, 2026 or March 30, 2026 TBD Openings: 15 immediate openings Position Overview Job Source USA is hiring for 15 Restoration Demo Technician / Restoration Laborer openings in the Omaha area. This role supports restoration crews working on residential and commercial properties impacted by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive job focused on controlled demolition, debris removal, cleanup, and job site support. Candidates who do well in this role are dependable, physically strong, safety-conscious, and comfortable working long days in active restoration environments. What the job involves Controlled demolition of drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, ceilings, and other damaged materials Removing water-damaged, fire-damaged, or mold-affected debris Hauling debris and materials throughout the shift, including from upper floors Setting up containment and protecting unaffected areas Assisting with cleanup and keeping job sites organized Supporting mitigation crews with equipment setup and breakdown Safely using hand and power tools Following safety procedures and site instructions at all times Work environment Residential and commercial job sites Dust, debris, moisture, and changing temperatures Very physical work throughout the day Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing Work may include upper floors, tight spaces, attics, or crawl spaces Respirator and additional PPE provided as needed Requirements What we’re looking for Construction, demolition, restoration, or general labor experience is preferred, but not required Good work history Strong reliability and willingness to work Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable with physically demanding work for 10–11hour shifts Able to follow directions and safety instructions Some English preferred; bilingual is a plus Dress code / PPE Black or navy work pants Composite or steel-toe work boots required Respirator provided Why work through Job Source USA?
