As a Water Mitigation Crew Chief, you’ll lead field crews, run jobs, and ensure work is safe, efficient, and high quality. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and perform hands-on water mitigation for residential and commercial losses Direct field technicians and keep projects on track Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying equipment setup and monitoring Take moisture readings and ensure proper drying techniques Enforce safety standards and correct issues in the field Document jobs using company software (photos, readings, equipment logs) Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and customers Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours losses Experience & Requirements 2+ years hands-on water mitigation experience AHERA, Lead Renovator, or IICRC WRT certifications make you a top candidate Must be available for on-call and after-hours emergency response - in a calendar rotation Ability to lead crews independently and maintain quality standards Safety-focused and able to correct field issues Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clear driving record past 3 years and must be able to pass background to age 18 Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE If a current IICRC WRT certified technician a signing bonus What We Offer Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid holidays + PTO Company vehicle, tools, PPE, uniforms, and work phone Ongoing training and certification support Clear paths for growth and advancement Ready to lead, earn more, and make an impact?
