As we grow, we are seeking a Restoration Lead Technician to join our dedicated team of professionals. Those filling this position must be able to qualify for military base access. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. We are looking for those with focused experience in finish carpentry, framing, and drywall, as well as restoration, and mitigation. We are willing to train candidates who have a professional appearance and a solid work history. Benefits include: 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k plan with 401k/Roth option; match up to 4% Employer paid long term disability Employer paid life insurance 6 Paid Holidays plus a floating holiday Colorado sick Vacation time Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate property damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters Perform restoration duties, including water extraction, dehumidification, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation Perform repairs, such as drywall patching, flooring replacement, and board-up services Clean, deodorize, and restore affected areas of homes and businesses Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc.) Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following proper safety protocols and using PPE (personal protective equipment) Follow IICRC standards, safety procedures, and company protocols Complete accurate documentation of all work performed, including job notes, photos, and reports Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Requirements 5+ years of restoration or finish carpentry experience Water extraction experience WRT & ASD certified applicants preferred RRP Certified preferred Mold mitigation experience with certification preferred Asbestos 32 hour worker or 40 hour supervisor certification preferred Estimating experience with Xactimate preferred Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
Responsibilities
Assess property damage and perform restoration duties including water extraction, mold remediation, and fire cleanup. Execute structural repairs such as drywall patching and flooring replacement while maintaining restoration equipment and safety standards.
