Description
Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Vision insurance Restoration Manager The Job We’re looking for a Restoration Manager who can run the show in the field and keep our projects on track. This isn't a "sit in the office and delegating" role—you’re the person responsible for the crew, the customer, and the final result. You’ll be scoping losses, reviewing estimates, and making sure our guys have the gear and the plan they need to get the job done right. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Managing the Crew: You’ll schedule the teams, handle the subcontractors, and make sure the work is top-quality. Scoping & Estimating: You’ll walk the jobs, figure out what needs to happen, and work with adjusters and customers to get the scope approved. Problem Solving: When a project hits a snag at 4:00 PM on a Friday, you’re the one who figures it out. Documentation: You’ll make sure photos, moisture logs, and notes are done correctly so we get paid for the work we do. Training: You’ll help recruit and train new techs to make sure the team stays sharp. Safety: No cutting corners. You’ll make sure everyone is following the rules and staying safe on-site. What You Need to Bring Experience: At least 3 years in restoration or construction operations and a year of experience leading people. The "Restoration Brain": If you have your IICRC WRT/ASD certs, that’s a huge plus. You should know how to dry a building and how to use Xactimate. Communication: You need to be able to talk to a stressed-out homeowner and a field tech with the same level of respect. A Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and a professional attitude. The Reality of Restoration The Hours: Our standard is 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. However, this is restoration. When the pipes burst or the storm hits, we work until the job is stabilized. You’ll be part of an on-call rotation and need to be okay with evenings or weekends when the work demands it. The Work Environment: You’ll be in the field. That means ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and occasionally wearing a respirator. You need to be able to lift 50 lbs. solo and handle the heat, noise, and mess that comes with fire and water damage.
