Position Overview The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) leads residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and storm losses. You are responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to company standards. This is a leadership role requiring both field authority and financial discipline. Key Responsibilities • Manage full lifecycle of restoration projects • Confirm scope, budget, and work orders prior to start • Control gross margin and monitor job profitability • Lead subcontractors and enforce quality standards • Communicate with homeowners and insurance partners • Track performance metrics during weekly GS&R meetings • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance • Protect and elevate the Paul Davis brand Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Base + commission structure • Profit sharing tied to performance goals • Company vehicle and uniforms provided • Cell phone or stipend • 401K • Medical and Dental Insurance • Structured 3-month training program • Ongoing leadership development • No cap on earning potential Current RPM compensation range: $80,000 – $110,000+ annually based on production and performance. Qualifications • Minimum of 5–10 years experience in residential or commercial restoration/reconstruction • Insurance claim experience preferred • Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred • Proven leadership of subcontractors and field teams • Strong planning and organizational discipline • Excellent communication skills Working Conditions Field-based role requiring indoor and outdoor work environments.
