REQUIREMENTS
· Experience
o 1+ year as a restoration technician.
o 1+ year in a project management or supervisory role in restoration or construction.
o Experience designing and delivering training programs.
o Experience providing basic IT support in a team or organizational setting.
· Certifications (Required)
o Asbestos Abatement Levels 1, 2, and 3
o IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
o IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
o Occupational First Aid Level 1 and 2
· Skills & Attributes
o Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
o Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal); French is an asset.
o Excellent organizational and communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
o Comfortable with Adobe tools and Xactimate or equivalent platforms.
o Strong troubleshooting and tech support abilities.
· Other Requirements
o Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean driving record.
o Willingness to work on-call for emergency response.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate crews and subcontractors, liaise with clients and insurers, and ensure restoration standards, safety protocols, and documentation are upheld.
Ideal candidates are strong communicators with hands-on field experience, leadership skills, and a passion for guiding teams and supporting people through tough times.
JOB DUTIES
· Project Management & Field Operations
· Manage fire, water, mold, asbestos and others restoration projects from start to finish.
· Conduct site inspections, damage assessments, and create scopes of work.
· Develop estimates and reports using Xactimate or similar software.
· Coordinate and schedule restoration crews, trades, and subcontractors.
· Ensure health and safety compliance on all job sites.
· Team Supervision & Training
· Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site technicians.
· Deliver and develop needs-based, on-the-job training programs.
· Promote team adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
· Client & Stakeholder Communication
· Maintain professional and ongoing communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and property owners.
· Provide timely project updates and respond to questions and concerns.
· Represent the company with professionalism and empathy during high-stress situations.
· Documentation & Technology Use
· Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation: estimates, scopes, progress notes, and reports.
· Use restoration and office software including Xactimate, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe tools.
· Provide basic internal IT support and troubleshoot tech issues when needed.
· Inventory & Equipment
· Manage restoration equipment and materials.
· Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
· Emergency Response
· Participate in on-call rotation with other Project Managers for after-hours emergency response.
