Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience managing reconstruction or construction projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and team members.
