Benefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Are you ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a Restoration Supervisor who knows the trade and knows how to run a crew. This isn't a "clipboard only" job—you’re the one making sure the work is done right, the documentation is perfect, and the customer is taken care of. If you’re a top-tier tech who is ready to step into a leadership role, this is it. What You’ll Actually Be Doing You are the main point of contact for our technicians. You’ll set clear expectations, supervise their work, and coach them to get better every day. You’ll coordinate and perform the actual restoration work while keeping an eye on quality control for the whole team. You’ll manage the customer's concerns on-site and make sure they feel supported throughout the project. You’ll handle the project files, photos, and notes to prove the work was done to industry standards. You’re responsible for the labor, equipment, and supplies on your assigned jobs, plus making sure the trucks stay mission-ready. You’ll verify that all safety protocols are followed so the crew goes home safe every night. What You Need to Bring At least 1 year of hands-on experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable. You can communicate clearly with your team and keep a project moving when things get complicated. IICRC certifications are a big plus, but we’ll look at your field experience first. The Reality of the Role You’ll be lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in tight spots like crawl spaces and attics. You’ll be working around cleaning agents and in environments that can be loud, messy, or tough. This is an emergency business. You’ll be part of a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends when our customers need us most. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a background check. Must be able to lead a team and maintain a professional attitude under pressure.
