Project Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate job files that tell the story of the work we’ve done. Resource Management: Keep a sharp eye on labor and materials to ensure every project stays on track and efficient. Customer Advocacy: Manage the client experience directly, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported. ✅ What You Bring to the Team: Experience: At least 1 year in restoration, cleaning, or construction. (IICRC certifications are a major plus!) The "Coach" Mentality: You enjoy helping others improve and take pride in a job well done. Communication: You can talk to a homeowner in distress just as easily as you can brief a Project Manager in the office.
