Your Duties The Rescue Mission: Travel to job sites and perform water extraction, dry-out, dehumidification processes and structural cleaning. Cleanup Crew: Move furniture, perform minor demo, and sanitize properties to bring them back to life. Document & Communicate: Take photos, log moisture readings, and explain the restoration process to relieved homeowners. The Content Expert: Carefully pack, clean, and inventory personal belongings (electronics, furniture, heirlooms) that have been damaged. Requirements What We Are Looking For A "Help First" Attitude: A compassionate person who enjoys helping people in their time of need. Reliability: A hardworking individual who is dependable when emergency calls come in. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in varied environments (crawl spaces, attics). Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for cleaning and restoration tasks. Valid Driver’s License: With a clean record. Experience: Prior experience in water/fire restoration, construction, or cleaning is great, but we will train the right, motivated candidate!. Availability for on-call rotation (because disasters don't keep office hours).

Responsibilities

The technician will travel to job sites to perform water extraction, structural cleaning, and dehumidification processes. They are also responsible for documenting moisture levels, inventorying damaged personal belongings, and providing compassionate support to homeowners.
