You will help residents regain their mobility. You will help residents regain functional abilities. You will assist with care planning for your residents in accordance with the restorative nurses. Requirements Restorative Aide Qualifications: Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois. Knowledge of restorative processes. No abuse records. Previous experience in a SNF setting. The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
