SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Restorative Dentist to join our professional dental team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, conducting restorative procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients, emphasizing preventive care and education. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose dental conditions through comprehensive examinations and imaging. Perform restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, fillings, and implants. Administer local anesthesia and manage overall patient comfort and care during procedures. Provide patients with education on proper oral hygiene practices and follow-up care. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Stay current with dental technologies and best practices. Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Specialization or advanced training in Restorative Dentistry preferred. Valid dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in restorative dentistry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
