SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a qualified Restorative Dentist to join our dental team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care focused on the restoration and enhancement of patients' oral health. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing dental problems, performing restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges, and offering education on oral hygiene practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of patients' dental health and formulate effective treatment plans Perform restorative procedures with precision and skill Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort during treatments Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Specialization in Restorative Dentistry or relevant experience Valid dental license to practice Minimum of 3 years of experience in restorative dentistry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Key Benefits: • Accommodation (or contribution towards salary). • Free medical insurance. • Educational allowance for your children. • Flights once a year. • 30 days annual leave. • End of Service Bonuses (15 days of salary per year for the first 3 years and then 30 days thereafter to be provided at the end of the contract).
