Your role will see you: * Advising on debt refinancings, restructurings and distressed debt transactions * Supporting clients through business restructurings, asset disposals and special situations mandates * Acting on UK and cross‑border insolvency matters, including administrations, CVAs and restructuring plans * Drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of restructuring, security and finance documentation * Guiding clients through complex, time‑critical scenarios with clear, pragmatic and solutions‑focused advice * Building strong, trusted client relationships and working closely with colleagues across our national and international network   About the team Our Restructuring team advises clients across many sectors including: * Financial Services * Infrastructure * Retail * Professional Practices   The team is known for its technical strength and innovative approach, making it a trusted and ‘go-to’ adviser to clients navigating complex matters.
