We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Restructuring Executive to join our team in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various aspects of corporate restructuring processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with legal and financial requirements. As Restructuring Executive, your responsibilities will include among others Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation related to restructuring cases Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims Organize and attend creditor meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency laws, regulations, and court procedures Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings Support senior team members in complex restructuring cases and special projects Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have Experience in restructuring, insolvency, or a similar office based role A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Additional Information As a colleague here at S&W you will have access to benefits that include Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependent) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave Fully funded training towards professional qualifications Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care support We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
