REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or other advanced degree a plus) and:

• Financial modeling experience and solid understanding of financial statements
• 5+ years experience in restructuring, investment or commercial banking, business operations or accounting
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrates integrity, leadership and objectivity
• Team player who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment
• Ability to build a 13 week cash flow model without supervision
• Can contribute to development of a business plan
• Ability to lead a portion of a project and supervise client employees

You will be working closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process and create a lasting positive impact on the organization.
