Kobe Sizzlers Birmingham has an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager to join our friendly hospitality team. As Front of House Manager, we expect you to lead the Front of House team by driving great service and increased sales forward and managing the Front of House team. You will be at the heart of our operation and we are looking for an individual who shares our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. We are looking for an experienced individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our fantastic team in delivering high quality food and beverages and offering our customers a welcome they will remember.

In this full-time hands-on role, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Drive Sales & Profitability
  • Manage the Front of House Team, including staff training & development
  • Take Bookings wherever possible, meet and greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Monitor Customer Reviews and meet customer feedback targets
  • Rota Planning
  • Stock Management, Supplier Management & Procurement in conjunction with the Head Chef.
  • Compliance: License permissions & regulations, EHO regulations, Health & Safety & Fire Safety Regulations, (Covid Prevention as required) and follow company operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining all Non-Kitchen appliances are in full clean working order
  • Manage the relevant POS, booking and review platforms: Trip Advisor, Open Table etc.
  • Agree changes with company management before implementation
  • Ensure food leaving the kitchen is well presented
