  • Strong knowledge of food service management principles including inventory control, budgeting, and food production.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in kitchen management with a solid understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management practices and customer service excellence.
  • Background in culinary arts or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shift management and operational tasks.
  • Previous experience in banquet services or catering is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
  • Control inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Train, supervise, and develop staff in various roles including cooking, serving, and barista duties.
  • Implement training & development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in food handling.
  • Manage budgets effectively while maximizing profitability.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
