Resuscitation and Simulation Lead

The post holder will lead the provision of all Life Support training, from Basic and Advanced life support training to the Trust and other customers as required, undertaking audits to monitor standards of resuscitation. They will attend resuscitations whenever possible within the Trust and perform as a team member or in an expert advisory capacity. The post holder will have significant clinical experience, provide sound clinical expertise to their team and coordinate, and deliver high quality care. They will lead the development of the resuscitation service supporting the resuscitation team to provide a comprehensive service to the Trust.
They will be a role model for expert clinical care, and lead on specific projects/management functions. They will also support the service with identified income generation work streams. In addition, the post holder will support provision of multi-disciplinary simulation and clinical skills within the Trust
