Description Retail Merchandising Services (RMS), based in Brooklyn Park, MN, specializes in providing product merchandising services within retailers throughout the US. We are actively seeking a dedicated detail-oriented Retail Account Assistant for our team! Answers all service questions from office staff and field reps submitted via the web, email and phone Send appropriate service documents etc. to our partners weekly Review and respond to time approval requests from our Field Merchandising Reps Assist with weekly review of submitted rep photos and service reports, reviewing rep comments and following up when needed Review rep comments and related questions received respond in a timely manner Requirements 1+ years' previous office, or customer service experience Strong understanding of retail best practices, procedure and systems are essential Candidates must possess strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously. Additionally, outstanding analytical abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement through technology and process are essential Strong business communication abilities, including written, verbal and presentation are critical to this position, in addition to being very detail oriented and possessing an expertise in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint This is a part time position, averaging 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone to work Tuesday-Thursday. This is a hybrid position after your first 90 days, hybrid schedule will be discussed further in the interview process. The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
