DESCRIPTION

As our Retail Account Manager, you will manage the running of our Elemis Retail Account. You will drive the sales of Elemis treatments and products through your exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Leading the wider team within your Retail Account, you will develop sales and promote the Elemis brand through planning and executing promotional activities.
Your organisation, attention to detail and leadership skills will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client.
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week, fully flexible across 5 days

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Focus on delivering an exceptional customer journey by ensuring teams are knowledgeable, approachable, and aligned with brand values.
