OVERVIEW

GuruNanda is a fast-growing wellness brand on a mission to revolutionize oral care and holistic health through high-quality, affordable products. We’re looking for a DTC Marketing Lead to drive direct-to-consumer growth and scale our paid media engine across Shopify and beyond.
In this role, you’ll own and execute full-funnel paid strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, working closely with our creative, product, web, and analytics teams. Your work will directly impact key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV — and you’ll have the autonomy to test, learn, and build in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3–7 years in DTC performance marketing, with hands-on Shopify experience
  • Proven success scaling paid media and improving CAC and ROAS
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or post-purchase surveys
  • Experience with landing page builders and CRO tools (e.g., Replo, Shogun, Unbounce)
  • Comfort analyzing and acting on data across CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, and return rate
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to improve customer acquisition and grow lifetime value
  • Lead creative testing and experimentation across copy, visuals, and video content
  • Partner with the web team to optimize Shopify landing pages and drive higher conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data to inform decisions, report on key KPIs, and share actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and finance teams
  • Guide and manage freelancers or junior team members to support campaign execution
  • Contribute to the overall growth roadmap and help scale an efficient, data-driven DTC engine
