Description We are excited to welcome a Retail Administration Intern for Summer 2026! This internship is anticipated to take place over 10–12 weeks during the months of June through August. This position is primarily responsible for assisting various members of the Retail Administration team. The intern will assist with developing training programs and materials, analysis of branch information, prework for the budgeting process and work on research projects. Essential Functions Work with Retail Analyst(s) to develop a system for tracking procedures. Assist Retail Trainer with modifying and documenting training program for Retail Ops Supervisors and Managers, Assistant Branch Managers and Branch Managers. Assist with budgeting pre-work, collecting and formatting data from all branches. Complete research project(s)- Teams inventory of documents Nonessential Functions Performs additional duties as requested. Attend at least one (1) in-house workshop/training. Requirements Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Lebanon, NH. What you bring 2nd – 3rd Year College Student with a focus in Business/Management/ Training Completion of coursework in Management Ability to use and working knowledge of computers/strong typing skills Some knowledge with Microsoft Office products Good interpersonal communication Strong verbal and communication skills Able to maintain confidentiality and privacy Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with MB appearance policy.
