ADMINISTRATIVE & REPORTING DUTIES

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, supply summaries, and operational documents.
  • Collect, organize, and submit invoices and receipts to the accounting team.
  • Respond to store support requests, coordinating with warehouse and service providers as needed.
  • Facilitate roll-outs of new procedures, supplies, or equipment.
  • Arrange delivery of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely arrival.
  • Support store opening logistics in collaboration with other departments.
