Job Description You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude. You’re fluent in English and confident working in a dynamic, international team. You have a background in business or finance, and a genuine interest in the real estate sector. You're efficient in managing operational tasks and eager to gain experience in leasing and capital markets within the retail property landscape. Your Activities Supporting operational tasks across active mandates (docs preparation, etc.) Supporting in preparation of presentation materials for investors and clients, including market research, business plans, and financial reporting Helping monitor project timelines and deliverables Providing occasional support during site visits or meetings with clients and stakeholders in the presence of more senior colleagues Qualifications Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred) Knowledge of Real Estate business Native-level fluency in English (mandatory); Italian and French are preferred, but not mandatory Proficient with Microsoft Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point Has a strong work ethic Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
